Refund policy

We have a 30-day exchange or return policy, which means you have 30 days from receiving your item to complete your return/exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: Seconds Out Fight Store, 14 Montrose Terrace, Edinburgh, United Kingdom, EH7 5DL and returning the item(s) & shipping costs is the cusotmers responsibility to pay for up front. However if the goods refund is accepted as faulty we will refund your shipping cost to get the goods back to us.

Please note a refund is for the item(s) delivered only and day 1 is the day you receive the goods. For both UK & International orders the original delivery cost is non-refundable. If there was free delivery on your order the delivery cost rrp will be deducted from your refund as this is a service that has been completed and cannot be refunded.

For international customers outside the UK you may have customs charges upon your goods entering your country. This is the customers responsibility to pay as it's a charge set by each countries local customs and not Seconds Out or our delivery partner. If you refuse to pay customs charges, or do not accept delivery within 14 days of your goods arriving into your country Seconds Out will arrange for the goods to be returned to the shop and refunded. The original delivery cost, and any additional charges we are charged to get the goods back will be deducted from your refund.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If you do not contact us within 48 hours of delivery about a damage/fault we will assume the goods are in perfect condition.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be exchanged or returned for hygiene purposes like groin guards or mouth guards & women’s chest guards. We also do not accept refunds or exchanges for any item that has been personalised/customised. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Please note any delivery charges to get the goods back to us are the customers responsibility to pay. There will not be any additional charges for us to send your exchanged item out to you.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. please take note of the above information regarding customs charges.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
