UK Shipping
UK customer orders will mostly be sent by courier. At times we may use Royal Mail, but we will always use a signed for/tracked service. Please note as standard deliveries and collections only take place Monday-Friday
When 24hr service is sselected please note this is the name of the delivery service and we will dispatch the order on a 24 hour delivery service but it is still not 100% guranteed as there could be an issue with the delivery company which we cannot be held responsible for. However the majority of the time your parcel will be delivered the following working day. For a same day dispatch orders must be placed before 1pm.

International Delivery
International customers can rest assured we carefully consider a courier partner and are proud to work with DHL. Orders will always be sent on a tracked service and we always ensure to give you the best possible value for delivery. At times we may use Royal Mail or an alternative courier, but as always a tracking number will be provided. It is the customers responsibility to communicate with the local depots once the parcel has left the UK.
Any additional costs such as customs fees are the customers responsibility to pay for and Seconds out cannot be held responsible for this. If charges for customs payments are refused by the cusotmer and the parcel is sent back to Seconds Out any additional costs we incur from DHL will be deducted from your refund.
Please note international delivery costs will vary depending on which country we are sending to, but you will be informed of the final cost at checkout before making payment for your order.
