Delivery Rates
UK Shipping
For UK orders we partner with a mixture of Parcelforce courier and Royal Mail. We are careful to only select what we feel are the most reliable and cost effective delivery companies. Please note we absolutely do not ever send parcels with Evri or Yodel.
At Seconds Out, we ship all UK orders using a 24-hour tracked delivery service as standard, so you get your order fast and reliable.
We use a trusted mix of DPD and Royal Mail for deliveries. We do not ship via Evri or Yodel, ensuring your parcel is handled with care and reliability.
Our standard service is tracked and typically delivered the next working day. While this service is highly reliable, it is not guaranteed. If you require guaranteed next-day delivery, please select the appropriate shipping option at checkout.
Same-Day Dispatch
Orders placed before 1pm (Monday to Friday) are guaranteed to be dispatched the same day.
Orders placed after 1pm will still be processed as quickly as possible, but we cannot guarantee same-day dispatch.
Bank Holidays
Please note: Bank Holidays are not classed as working days.
If your order falls on a Bank Holiday, it will be dispatched and/or delivered on the next working day.
Store Holidays
On rare occasions, we may take short breaks. During these times, dispatch and delivery may be delayed slightly.
We’ll always announce upcoming holidays via the announcement bar at the top of our website, so please check there for the latest updates.
Dispatch & Delivery Days
Orders are dispatched and delivered Monday to Friday. You’ll receive a text or email with tracking information as soon as your parcel is on its way.
Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, and remote parts of the UK are included in this pricing, and while your order will be sent on 14 hour shipping to manage your expectations next day delivery is less likely than mainland UK.
Please note we only use the most reliable couriers, but there are very rare occasions where a parcel will be delayed or potentially even go missing. If this happens on a we recommend contacting Royal Mail direct to speed things up, however we will also always do our best to help.

International Delivery
We are proud to partner with DHL for all our international orders. This is due to their reliable end to end service meaning at every stage of the delivery process it's DHL we are dealing with as opposed to a 3rd party. Orders will always be sent on a tracked service so you can locate your order every step of the way.
In terms if delivery costs this is calculated at checkout and is based on the order size, weight and delivery location. If you have questions regarding your order after it has left our store we recommend contacting your local DHL office as this will get you the quickest update.
Any additional costs such as customs fees are the customers responsibility to pay and Seconds out cannot be held responsible for this as it's decided by the country importing the goods customs agents that dictate this price. If charges for customs payments are refused by the customer and the parcel is sent back to Seconds Out any additional costs we incur from DHL will be deducted from your refund.
