UK Shipping
For UK orders we partner with a mixture of Parcelforce courier and Royal Mail. We are careful to only select what we feel are the most reliable and cost effective delivery companies. Please note we absolutely do not ever send parcels with Evri or Yodel.
Orders placed will be dispatched and delivered Monday-Friday. If you have specific requirements for a Saturday delivery please contact us direct, we always try to accommodate and help where possible. Although there may be an extra charge for a Saturday delivery.
To manage your expectations when 24hr service is selected please note this is the name of the delivery service and we will dispatch the order on this service but it is still not 100% guaranteed as there could be an issue with the delivery company which we cannot be held responsible for. However the majority of the time your parcel will be delivered the following working day.
For a same day dispatch orders must be placed before 1pm.

International Delivery
We are proud to partner with DHL for all our international orders. This is due to their reliable end to end service meaning at every stage of the delivery process it's DHL we are dealing with as opposed to a 3rd party. Orders will always be sent on a tracked service so you can locate your order every step of the way.
In terms if delivery costs this is calculated at checkout and is based on the order size, weight and delivery location. If you have questions regarding your order after it has left our store we recommend contacting your local DHL office as this will get you the quickest update.
Any additional costs such as customs fees are the customers responsibility to pay and Seconds out cannot be held responsible for this as it's decided by the country importing the goods customs agents that dictate this price. If charges for customs payments are refused by the customer and the parcel is sent back to Seconds Out any additional costs we incur from DHL will be deducted from your refund.
