Size Guide (Head Circumference)

Small/Medium - Below 22inch

Large/X-Large - Above 22inch

My head measures 22.5 inches, and I found the L/XL to be the best fit. I did try the S/M size, and while it did technically fit, I noticed increased pressure on my forehead. Over time, that might ease with wear, but for immediate comfort and performance, the L/XL was best. But if you are below the 22inch I would recommend the S/M size.
