Usually around 6oz or 8oz in weight, we generally recommend these for people more experienced. The thumb generally isn’t attached making it a bit different from other boxing gloves. There are some exceptions to this traditional bag glove design as you will see in our range. Whichever option you decide on please note these are recommended for bag work or pad work only.
